Albert Wahbe is responsible for the operation of the company and its transformation from a product development organization to a global marketing, sales, and service enterprise. Mr. Wahbe was previously Executive Vice President and Group Head, Global Transaction Banking at Scotiabank, where he led the evolution of e-commerce and e-banking to provide Global Business solutions. Mr. Wahbe was also CEO of e-Scotia, where he developed Scotiabank's Internet banking, e-commerce, wireless, telephone banking and smart card technologies for consumers. Prior to Scotiabank, Mr. Wahbe held several senior management positions in marketing and technology operations at IBM Canada. Mr. Wahbe completed the Harvard Graduate Business School Executive Program in 1998. David Hackett is responsible for Diversinet's finance and administration as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hackett has more than 14 years of finance experience in high-tech and entertainment industries. Previously, Mr. Hackett was CFO of Aucxis Corp., a technology and service provider to electronic marketplaces, where he oversaw start-up operations, public financing and acquisitions. Mr. Hackett has also held senior financial management positions at EveryWare Development, Alliance Atlantis Communications and Entertainment Information Services Ltd. Mr. Hackett is a C.A. and holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. David Annan leads Diversinet's technology product and service delivery operations. Prior to Diversinet, Mr. Annan was Chief Technology Officer of Wysdom Inc. before undertaking the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. As CTO at Wysdom, Mr. Annan's core responsibility was to oversee and manage Wysdom's technology operations including research, product development and software engineering as well as coordinating international solution and service integrations. In the years prior to joining Diversinet, Mr. Annan was Senior Partner at Talus Strategy and Senior Vice President, Technology with GiantBear before its acquisition by InfoSpace. Mr. Annan also has extensive engineering and operations experience at operators such as Rogers Wireless, Lanser PCS and Bell Canada. Stuart Vaeth joined Diversinet in 2004 and is responsible for product strategy, strategic partnerships, and directing Diversinet's industry standards activities. Mr. Vaeth has 20 years experience in the information security industry, specializing in encryption and authentication technologies. Prior to Diversinet, he was director of product marketing with nCipher, a leading cryptographic hardware provider. Mr. Vaeth spent the first 12 years of his career with GTE, where he was chief architect for the CyberTrust PKI product line. Mr. Vaeth received a BSEE degree from Bucknell University and earned his MBA at the Boston University School of Management. He is a frequent speaker at wireless and security industry conferences and is co-chair of the OATH (Initiative for Open Authentication) Technology Group. Mr. Couse joined Diversinet in December of 2004 and is responsible for the global market success of Diversinet's MobiSecure product and service solutions. His responsibilities include corporate, channel, and OEM development. Mr. Couse has over 20 years of experience in technology products and services sales management with multi-national software and wireless technology companies. Previously, Mr. Couse was Vice President of Business Development for Bitfone, where he was responsible for the SmartCare product line, before that he was VP Business Development for Mobile Diagnostix Inc, which was acquired by Bitfone. Mr. Couse holds an Honours BA in Business Administration, Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
